Synergy® Software Support
Synergy® Software Support is available for CMT clients with a current Support Agreement. If you do not have a support agreement with Edupoint and are interested in learning more about the support services available, please email Barb Kostick.

Synergy®  Online Support System
CMT has implemented the Synergy® Online Support System to provide clients with our most streamlined method of support.  Users with privileges to this system have the ability to generate and track their support requests through the browser-based system. When the user’s request is submitted, the system automatically alerts all support team members that a new request needs attention.

Client users can also search other support tickets created by other staff members at their school district. The system also has a Frequently Asked Question section for quick reference and solutions to common issues. Contact CMT for login credentials.

Phone Support
CMT offers phone support Monday through Friday during our regular office hours – 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. To schedule after hours phone support, please contact CMT directly. Our latest staff phone/email directory is available by clicking here.

Client Email Notification
